Covid-19 Delivery & Collection updates

During these unsettling times, we want you guys to know that our thoughts are with you all and that I am doing everything I can to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

Online deliveries are dispatched on Tuesdays, due to high demand delivery time is approx 2 - 5 working days. UK delivery is £3.49 or free for orders over £30.00.

Currently, we do not offer delivery on Raw/Frozen good, this is an area we are looking into but for now, these items will need to be collected from the shop Tuesday, Friday & Saturday from 10am until 2pm.

Click & Collect. A free service that enables you to order your Dogs goodies and collect from the shop. Collection days are Tuesday, Friday & Saturday,10am - 2pm. Orders will be ready an hour after completing your order. Check emails & spam for updates.

Please note the shop is open for imited hours only Tuesday, Friday & Saturday 10am - 2pm.

General postage information

Your item will be dispatched via Low Cost Parcels on a 2-3 working day service. Typically your order will be delivered within 5 working days.

Unfortunatley we can not deliver Raw/Frozen goods.

Once your item is posted we can no longer control delivery times.

We also offer a ‘Click & Collect’ service. You can order and pay for your item online and then collect from store at your convenience. Please allow 2 hours from ordering to the collection so we can gather your order together in-store.

Postage days are Tuesday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery information. The courier sets your delivery times & date. 

We recycle as much packaging material as possible to keep costs and waste down to the minimum.

To help the environment, reduce waste and keep postage costs to a minimum we will recycle packaging materials wherever possible.

Hounds is both store and webpage and occasionally items will sell in-store and online at the same time. Luckily this doesn't happen often but on the odd occasion, it does we will refund you the cost of the out of stock item or contact you to arrange a later delivery date when back in stock.

We aim to post all parcels within 48 hours excluding public holidays.
